Every decision writes to the client

The tick and the cross on a prepared booking now open a short decision, and each one sends the right email: confirm or hold, offer another date, waitlist, decline, cancel or reschedule.

Added
  • Calendar and Inquiries: the tick opens “Confirm booking” with two ways to say yes. Confirm and send the confirmation, or hold the date pending the deposit, which places a tentative hold with an expiry (3 to 14 days) and sends the hold email.
  • Calendar and Inquiries: the cross opens “Decline request” with four ways to say no. Offer another date or room (the free ones are suggested, the offered slot is held for a week), waitlist the request, decline with a reason, or remove it without emailing.
  • Calendar: confirmed bookings and holds have Reschedule (move to another room or date, with free slots suggested) and Cancel booking (reason for the record, room released, sale removed from the ledger).
  • Every decision dialog takes an optional line for the client and shows a preview of the email before it goes. The sent email appears on the inquiry's timeline.
Changed
  • Dashboard: Approve in “Needs your attention” now opens the confirm dialog on the inquiry instead of confirming silently. Cancelled bookings stay on the calendar struck through, like rejected ones.
Behind the scenes
  • Seven new email templates (confirmation, hold, alternative, waitlist, decline, cancellation, reschedule). Sending is structure only in the Resend layer; alternatives are found in the sample calendar until the PMS is connected.

A front door

Revora has a sign-in page. Staff will sign in with their hotel Microsoft 365 account or an email and password; new colleagues can request access for the Director of Sales to approve.

Saturday, October 31v0.9

A warmer, more refined look

Revora now looks like a luxury hotel's own operations system: a warm ivory canvas, deep midnight blue, and brass used sparingly to guide the eye. Nothing moved and nothing changed in how it works.

Friday, October 30v0.8

The director assigns inquiries

There is now a director view. When the Director of Sales approves a request, Revora asks which associate should handle the client, suggests one based on the relationship, and takes a note for them.

Friday, October 30v0.7

A Sales page of your own

The business summary has moved off the dashboard into a Sales page where every figure is attributed to a person: what you have confirmed for the hotel, your pipeline, your monthly target, and (for the Director of Events) the whole team side by side.

Thursday, October 29v0.6

The inquiry email workflow

Every inquiry now has an email timeline: Revora acknowledges the customer automatically, Karim sends a personal follow-up from his own name, and a reminder goes out after three days unless the customer replies first.

Wednesday, October 28v0.5

A dashboard built around the day's work

Revora now opens on a dashboard that shows what needs your decision, what is happening today and what Revora already handled, with a short business summary underneath.

Tuesday, October 27v0.4

Shorter web addresses and a tidier structure

Pages are back at simple addresses, sign-in is paused while the Microsoft connection is being set up, and the project was reorganised so the next features are quicker to build.

Monday, October 26v0.3

Updates page

A new Updates page where you can follow every change we ship and what is coming next, plus small navigation fixes.

Monday, October 26v0.2

Groundwork for the Microsoft 365 connection

We laid the foundation for Revora to read your hotel inbox through Microsoft 365 and separated the screens from the behind-the-scenes logic.

Sunday, October 25v0.1

Calendar and Inquiry workspace

The first two screens of Revora: a weekly venue calendar and the inquiry review workspace, working end to end on realistic sample data.
